Background
Grant Lindquist, the owner of Mr. Will, received his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul and his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
He has been a member of the Minnesota State Bar since 1992.
Grant’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and estate administration, wills and trusts including contested matters.
Grant served for many years on the Hennepin County Guardianship/Conservatorship Panel, protecting the rights of disabled individuals.
Born in Edina, Grant currently lives in Minnetonka. In his spare time, Grant enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing, and is an avid guitar player.

Grant Lindquist has practiced in the area of Estates and Trusts since 1996 with the law firm of Wold, Jacobs and Johnson, P.A., and subsequently with the law firm of David M. Jacobs, P.A. until 2021. David Jacobs, an expert in elder and estate law, was the original founder of the Mr. Will brand.
Upon David Jacobs’ retirement in 2021, Grant took over the firm under the new name Grant R. J. Lindquist, L.L.C., and continues to provide the same quality of service the firm has come to be known for over the years.
